ARIZONA@WORK Coconino County is known as one of the best-kept secret state resources. To help that secret get out and expand its awareness throughout the region, Gordley Group's creative team developed a full-scale branded marketing campaign complete with print, digital, video, OOH, and a fully interactive and engaging website. Under a tight timeline of less than a month, our team built a full-scale website with video, interactive animation, contact forms, and an events section to promote their hiring and training events. To make the campaign relatable and communicate its value to the community, the Gordley creative team developed the message, "It's about YOU." The campaign focused on the many unique training and support services ARIZONA@WORK offers. Youthful, energetic, and fun, the campaign helped to cut through the government red tape and jargon to relate to Coconino's diverse population.
