• Lead the design and production of a wide range of print materials, including brochures, ads, posters, and large-format graphics, ensuring high-quality, print-ready files.

• Develop and evolve brand identities, including logo design, brand guidelines, and visual systems that effectively communicate our clients' or company's vision and values. 

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using various CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress and Wix), from wireframing and prototyping to final implementation and content integration.

• Collaborate closely with creative team and project managers to ensure design solutions align with project objectives, technical requirements, and brand standards.

• Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively. 

• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, web design, and CMS platforms. 

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative and innovative design environment. 

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards of quality. 

• Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field. 

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong focus on print production, branding, and web design. 

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) is essential.

• Proven experience designing and developing websites using popular CMS platforms like WordPress, Wix and solid experience using Figma.

• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge for effective CMS customization.

• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of print, branding, and web design projects.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are important.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

• Experience with animation or motion graphics. 

• Knowledge of SEO best practices for web content.

• Proficient in Spanish.

• Experience with Asana. 

This position requires 40 hours per week in office. Performance of duties and tasks using standard office equipment, including work at computer terminals. Must be able to do some lifting and packaging tasks. Some local travel may be required.
