The City of Tucson Environmental Services Department was making changes to its residential recycling services through a pilot program that reduced the number of collection dates per household from once a week to every other week. They needed a high-performance marketing plan and outreach strategies to communicate to the public the new schedule and service changes for the recycling program.
Gordley Group created a comprehensive and varied marketing plan, using this campaign to continue to clarify and communicate what can and can’t be recycled, educate the community about the City’s recycling program and build awareness and support for the changes. The effort to ensure that all 142,000 households served by Tucson Environmental Services were aware of pending changes to their services and had easy access to information about their new collection schedule focused on the use of Tucson Environmental Services RecycleCoach App.
