Speedway Campbell Gateway
A mixed-use high-rise building is being planned to replace the Palm Shadows Apartments at Speedway and Campbell in Tucson. Gordley Group was chosen to design and launch a comprehensive website on short deadline that tells the story of this ambitious plan and the public outreach that has occurred, while providing information to address concerns and answer questions about the infill project that would put a 20-story structure onto the university-area property. The site received over 1300 unique visits in its first two weeks, received positive comments at a Tucson City Council meeting when the rezoning was approved and was awarded a Public Relations Society of America Impact Award.
