MHC Healthcare needed to recruit compassionate, talented new doctors to their new residency program. They reached out to Gordley Group for a new website to be the center of their recruitment information and efforts. While related to the overall MHC Healthcare brand, we designed a theme that was modernized with current UI/UX trends and helped establish the program as distinct within the greater brand. Next, we moved into outlining the content and navigation structure.
“We decided to hire Gordley Group to help with our residency website, not only from the experience we had previously but from those in the community who had recommended them as well. Heather Valdez and Richie Brevaire were extremely insightful along the way. They always had recommendations to help us reach our target audience. They were never pushy about designs or layouts, but instead wanted to incorporate our style as well. The process was smooth and stress-free. The timeline we gave them was shorter than normal but they had no problem delivering a wonderful website for us just in time. Ultimately resulting in us receiving approximately 300 applications for the program.” – MHC Representative
Overall, the website helped MHCFRP successfully fill all four available positions by securing them approximately 300 applicants to fill all 55 interview slots. The site was an immediate success with over 10 requests for information in the first month. By July of 2023, the site had also collected 34 credible requests for information—11 of which were from out of state—and MHC Healthcare was able to fill all interviews for their first session, indicating they received the number of applicants needed for the program. Additionally the site is performing better than others in its category across the board, according to Google Analytics’ comparison of this site against others in “medical education” and “non-profit” sectors, with the following stats to show: 3,173 site visits, with 2,174 unique visits, which is 63% better than competitors, along with a returning visitor rate at 40% better.
