The City of Tucson Environmental Services’ Brush and Bulky program needed community outreach to introduce the new Brush and Bulky PLUS program and to promote, educate and support a new approach for notifying customers of pick-up dates. The primary goal for this effort was to promote and increase the use of the organizations “RecycleCoach” app. The City of Tucson also wanted to make residents aware of new Brush and Bulky PLUS services, and when they would receive those services. Gordley Group conducted research and developed the branding, marketing and advertising materials, as well as planned public outreach meetings and public relations opportunities.
