The Town of Fountain Hills was in a pivotal point of growth and Town leadership felt a new brand identity and logo were needed to energize and focus Fountain Hills’ marketing and branding efforts and create a cohesive message that encourages development and tourism to the region.
Gordley Group conducted extensive research to gather data for the discovery phase of the branding process. The team completed a town-wide public survey, gathering more than 750 responses with valuable insight into the Town’s existing dynamics and issues. They also facilitated an in-person branding workshop with Town leadership, further distilling insights and obtaining key findings about Town goals. In addition, the team conducted multiple focus group sessions with key Fountain Hills stakeholders to further identify key values and ideals that best represent the Town.
After gathering the research and analysis of public opinion, Gordley Group compiled the findings to develop a comprehensive discovery report to work as the foundation for the new brand. Gordley’s creative team then utilized the report findings to develop a new more modern logo, tagline and color palette for the Town.
Working in collaboration with the Town Council, the new brand was finalized and launched in early 2023. Gordley continues to work with the Town on the implementation of the brand throughout the Town center and civil departments.
