This established custom-homebuilding company, specializing in the design and construction of fine, handcrafted masonry homes, came to Gordley Group as Rammed Earth Development (R.E.D.). Their outdated name had created an unfortunate misperception that the company only built with a specific material-rammed earth. We were selected to establish a new brand that would ensure the company’s image and communications were clear and relevant to its audience.
Our team met with key leadership and staff and conducted thorough research of existing brand perceptions, visiting R.E.D. homes and home sites and utilizing telephone interviews and electronic surveys to reach out to clients, vendors, peer builders and potential clients. This comprehensive brand discovery process resulted in renaming the company as Purebuild, in addition to the design of a new logo, tagline, website, vehicular signage, ads and other creative materials that helped the company recreate its image and exceed its marketing and business goals.
