Though I wear many hats at Gordley, my focus is to keep the Gordley Group on track by making certain our projects move as smoothly and efficiently as possible. As Production Manager, I work closely with vendors to make sure we receive the best cost and quality products for our clients, while also making sure our production files are of the highest quality. I enhance company efficiency through my Traffic Management role by working with our project teams to manage schedules and deadlines to ensure all quality control steps have been completed throughout any given project’s or piece’s lifecycle. Additionally, my management of the company’s IT resources and road map helps maintain productivity and keeps the company current with technology. If you don’t find me wearing any of these hats, you may see me outside the office wearing a baseball hat attending car shows or wearing a helmet when riding my motorcycle. I’m constantly on the go, but if something needs to get done, I’m the one everyone turns to.
